Attorney General William Barr on Religious Liberty at Notre Dame

Written by Administrator on . Posted in News

Sharing a very thoughtful speech by our Attorney General Barr.   It is a speech that discusses the push of secularism that is not moving to a position where both can co-exist, but instead a drive to push religion out of the public square.

Enjoy.

Ballots are due Tuesday (11/05/19)

Written by Administrator on . Posted in DCRCC News

Reminder to make sure you ballots are turned in by 8pm tomorrow (11/05/19) at an official ballot drop location or postmarked with tomorrow's date. Local elections matter along with all the different tax increases we were sent from Olympia.  This is where you can put them on notice on your position for these issues.

Update:

Spoke with our Auditor today and he mentioned same-day voter registration is still available but only in Waterville in-person.   They were planning voter registration at the 19th Street administration building but they are short staffed and will only have it available in Waterville at the Auditor's office.

Remembrance of 9/11

Written by Administrator on . Posted in News

Make sure we always honor the victims, their families, first responders and armed service members that have been hurt by this infamous act by terrorists on this heavy day.   This day changed America and we should never forget and always love and honors these victims.    Be safe and love our fellow Americans.  Tragedies like 9/11 hurt us all regardless of political differences, we are all still Americans and these moments should help us remember that.
